Refund Policy
- Proof of purchase (Order number, invoice, receipt, and a copy of the transfer).
- The return request must be made within a maximum of 14 days from the date of purchase.
- The customer must return the products to the nearest warehouse to their location in proper condition, free of any damage, breakage, or scratches. The returned product will be inspected to ensure it is in good condition.
